Rexroth make this type of servo valves are used in Steam turbine Hydraulic Actuators control valve to control the position of valve at certain percentage i.e. 0-100 %. They control the position by contolling hydraulic fluid flow through servo valve.
Servo valve operates according to current given in the coil.
